Rates are subject to 16% VAT and 3.5% ISH. All prices are in US dollars; however, billing is processed in Mexican pesos. Rates, taxes, and service charges are subject to change without notice. Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Payments / Cancellations
A one night deposit is required at time of reservation to confirm daily rate and package reservations. Cancellations must be received twenty-four hours prior to arrival or the deposit will be forfeited.

Delux Double Room
Based on policies, guests ages 5 and under are considered infants and guests ages 5-12 are children. Guests over 13 years old pay adult rate.
A baby or child can be accommodated in their parents' room. Rollaway beds are available for an additional $ 50 per night charge (Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Double Room, Junior Suite, and Signature Suite only).
Arrivals and departures
Check-in time is at 3 p.m. and the departure time is noon, 12pm.

1.1 Personal data of you or about you
Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, physical address (billing and shipping), company affiliation, title;
Demographic data: demographic information and location data, and government-issued identifiers (for example, driver's license (including dates of birth), passport numbers, or other national identifiers);
Financial details: your credit and / or debit card details;
Guest stay information: Guest stay information, requests and special preferences (including preferred room or floor type, expenses, vacation preferences, requested services, language preferences, interests, hobbies, ages of children or companions and any other aspect of the services used), telephone numbers dialed, faxes and telephone messages received;
Registration details: IP addresses, online user account details or profiles;
Frequent flyer details: affiliations and membership number of the frequent flyer and associated flyer program; reserved hotel, airline and rental car packages;
Social media details: social media account information, profile photos or posts;
Your Comments: information, comments or content that you provide regarding your marketing preferences, in surveys, comment cards, sweepstakes or promotional offers on our services and those of third parties;
CCTV / Surveillance: for your security, images and visual recordings through the use of closed circuit television systems collected during your visit to the Hotel Brick, where permitted by applicable law;
Call Recordings - Conversations, including guest service call logs or monitoring for quality assurance and training purposes, and other communications, such as in-app messages or SMS text messages, where permitted by applicable law or based on The consent;
Corporate account data: contact details about employees of corporate accounts and suppliers and other people with whom we do business (for example, travel agents, reservations, event organizers); Y

1.2 Confidential personal data
From time to time, you may provide, or we may collect, what is considered sensitive personal information or "special categories of personal data" under applicable privacy laws (hereinafter referred to as "sensitive personal data"). For example, you may disclose your religious affiliation to us when you host or attend an event at one of our hotel or provide your health information or dietary restrictions so that we can accommodate you during your stay.
